It is with great sadness for the Gallipoli Association to announce the premature and sudden death of Foster Summerson, the Honorary Secretary, a previous editor of The Gallipolian and most loyal member of the Association, on Saturday 17th March 2018.

Foster was a tour de force in the Association and his influence reached to every corner of our work.  In this respect he is irreplaceable and will be hugely missed.  

Our thoughts and prayers go to Ita and his family at this time.
