The annual ANZAC service will be held at 2.45pm at St Nicholas’ Church, Church Lane, Brockenhurst SO42 7QD followed by wreath-laying at the ‘New Zealand War Graves Plot’ in the churchyard. The service will be attended by representatives of the New Zealand High Commission and the Australian and New Zealand Armed Forces. The Newcastle Branch of the RAF Association will hold an Anzac Service at Chevington Cemetery, near Amble at 1.30 for 2.00pm. The service, which includes a parade and wreath laying, is held at the gravesides of the 7 New Zealand and 3 Australian airmen who were casualties of WWII.

The traditional Act of Remembrance and wreath-laying will take place at 10am during the Parish Eucharist at the Holy Trinity Church, 59 Southend Crescent, Eltham, SE9 2SD. The Ulster-New Zealand Trust will hold an ANZAC commemoration at The Ballance House, 118a Lisburn Road, Glenavy at 2.30pm. The Rt. Rev’d. and Rt. Hon. Lord Eames will give the address at an interdenominational service. This will be followed by light refreshments after which, in order to bring the Anzac commemoration up to date, Mrs Hilary Bracefield will give a presentation on the songs of the New Zealand Division during WWII. The Anzac Sub-Committee of Gloucestershire County RBL are once again organising the annual Anzac Day Parade and Service at the village of Leighterton, Gloucestershire. The Parade forms up at 2.30 pm and after inspection marches to the Cemetery for the service and wreath-laying at 3.00pm. Following the Service there is a march past at a saluting base. The Northamptonshire Branch of the Western Front Association holds an Anzac Service at the Towcester Road Cemetery, Northampton NN4 8LS to commemorate the 9 Australian soldiers from the First World War who died of wounds and are buried in the cemetery, and three others buried elsewhere in the county, one being a Gallipoli casualty. The West Country Branch of the Britain-Australia Society will be hold an ANZAC Day Service at 2.45 for 3.00pm in the Church of St John The Evangelist, 51 High Street, Sutton Veny, BA12 7AR followed by wreath- laying at the Anzac memorial in the churchyard. A Service has been held at St Mary's Church, Church Street, KT12 2QS since 1920 to remember the 27,000 New Zealand soldiers who were treated at the Mount Felix Hospital during the First World War. There will be a welcoming Parade outside the church at 6.15pm, with the Anzac Service in the church at 6.30pm. This will be followed by wreath-laying at the memorial in the cemetery.
